How we work

We diagnose before we quote.

A vendor takes your requirements list and prices it. A partner works out whether the requirements list is describing the real problem. That difference is the whole engagement model below.

(01) — Our method

Diagnose, design, deliver, hand over.

01

Diagnose

We go and look. We follow real records through your systems, sit with the people expected to use them, and find where the work and the software disagree. Often the thing you called us about is a symptom of something a layer down — and sometimes the honest finding is that the right answer is to build nothing at all. We would rather tell you that in week one than discover it in month six.

The System Review

Nearly every engagement starts here. It is a fixed-fee, time-boxed diagnosis of the systems you already run — scoped and priced up front, so you know exactly what it costs and how long it takes before it begins.

You receive written findings, a prioritised roadmap with effort estimates against each item, and a clear recommendation on which of the three answers — configure, build, or automate — your situation actually calls for. The findings are yours whether or not you go further with us. If you do, the fee is credited against the build.

02

Design

Architecture, integrations and a rollout plan drawn around your business processes rather than our preferred stack. You see the plan before anyone writes code.

03

Deliver

Structured sprints with regular demos. Your team participates throughout, so the system is familiar long before it is live. No black boxes.

04

Hand over

Documentation, knowledge transfer and training so your team runs the system with us out of the way. Optional retainer support if you want it — never because you need it.

(02) — Engagement models

Three ways to work together.

Fixed scope, an ongoing partnership, or a straight advisory audit — pick the shape that fits where you are.

01

Fixed-scope projects

A clearly defined outcome, delivered end to end — from diagnosis through implementation, training and handover. One team, one plan, one result.

02

Ongoing partnership

A retainer-based engagement for teams that want a long-term technology partner — continuous improvement, dedicated support, and a roadmap that evolves.

03

Advisory & audits

An independent assessment of your Microsoft estate — architecture reviews, system health checks, and honest recommendations before you commit to a build.

(03) — The tools we build with

These are means, not an offer. Which ones appear in your project is an output of the diagnosis — the problems they answer to are on the a crm nobody uses, buried in manual work and nothing off the shelf fits pages.

  • Dynamics 365 CRMD365 Sales and Customer Service, Dataverse, model-driven apps, plugins and custom workflow, data migration.
  • Power PlatformPower Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages, Power BI — governed so it stays maintainable after we leave.
  • Custom SoftwareWeb applications, internal tools, portals, PCF controls, and the API work that joins systems together.
  • AI & AutomationDocument capture, approval routing, lead scoring and reporting on Azure OpenAI, AI Builder and n8n.
  • CloudAzure landing zones, identity, security, backup and monitoring — the ground everything else runs on.
