Information you share
When you contact us, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, company, email address and project information. Our optional enquiry form is provided by HubSpot. If you use the booking link, HubSpot also receives the information you provide to arrange your meeting.
How we use it
We use enquiry information to respond, assess whether we can help, discuss the proposed work and manage our relationship with you. We do not sell or rent your personal information, or use it for third-party advertising.
Storage and retention
Enquiries submitted through the form are stored in our HubSpot CRM. Access is limited to people who need the information to handle your enquiry or our work together. We retain enquiry data for the purpose of responding and managing the relationship, generally for no more than three years after the last contact unless a longer period is required for legal or accounting purposes.
Service providers
We use HubSpot for the enquiry form, CRM and meeting scheduling, and hosting providers to deliver this website. Hosting infrastructure may record technical information such as IP address, browser type and request details for security and operation. Information may be processed in countries where these providers operate.

Contact us if you have questions about the information we hold or would like to request access, correction or deletion. We will respond in line with the requirements applicable to your request.
