Our Contact page uses a form and meeting scheduler hosted by HubSpot. When you submit the form, HubSpot collects the information you provide — your name, company name, work email address, the service you're enquiring about, and any message you include — directly into our HubSpot CRM.

If you book a call using the scheduler link on our Contact page, HubSpot's meeting scheduler collects your name, email address, and appointment details directly, on HubSpot's own site.

Loading our Contact page also sets a HubSpot tracking cookie that associates your visit with your CRM contact record, so we can see which pages you viewed before reaching out. This is described further in Cookies below.

Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure automatically logs basic technical information — IP address, browser type, device type, and referring page — for security, performance, and abuse prevention.

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, scope potential engagements, route your submission to the right person on our team, and schedule discovery calls. HubSpot's tracking cookie helps us understand what you were looking at before you reached out, so we can respond more usefully.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties, and we do not use your data for third-party advertising.

Enquiry and contact data submitted through our website is stored in our HubSpot CRM, with access restricted to Branqor personnel who need it to respond to your enquiry.

We retain enquiry data only as long as necessary to respond to you and, where a business relationship follows, for the duration of that relationship plus a reasonable period afterward for legal and accounting purposes — generally no longer than three years from your last contact with us, unless a longer period is required by law.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process your personal data in line with the GDPR, on the legal basis of your consent (submitting the form) or our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

We keep cookie use to a minimum. The table below summarizes the categories of cookies that may be set when you use this site.

We use a small number of third-party services to operate this website and respond to enquiries: HubSpot for our contact form, CRM, and call scheduling, and a cloud hosting provider to serve the site. None of these services receive your data for any purpose beyond enabling the function described.

HubSpot processes your data on our behalf as our CRM and marketing platform, and its own privacy policy governs how it handles data more broadly.
